  Do yourself a favour and do not shop here. Brought an expensive lounge and when it was delivered after 3 month wait, it had numerous defects. Staff not very helpful and told me that I would have to wait another month to have someone assess it. I requested a refund and was told that they would not refund if the item could be fixed. After numerous visits to store and phone calls to Melb, a local assessor was arranged to review the lounge. His report to Nick Scali was that the frame was bent etc. I then had to wait another 2 weeks for my refund. Staff were very friendly when buying the lounge, but not so when problem with item. I would not even walk into the store. Very stressful.

  Would not recommend them to anyone, save yourself some stress and go elsewhere.

  Absolutely horrible experience! I purchased 2 couches in January 2017, told they would arrive in 12-14 weeks, 18 weeks later, four different delivery dates, no communication from them whatsoever. i had to call them 4 times for updates and somehow still they recorded my number wrong resulting in issues with delivery because they gave them the wrong number even after I corrected it! Then not all items were delivered so we had to go in store to pick them up!

  Just brought a table, kat and the rest of the staff were informative, attentive and keen to help me with my needs. Over all was a great experience. Will certainly be going back.

  I went in to the store with no clue of what i wanted and was relieved to finally find a place where the staff wanted to help me, wanted to work with me and wanted to listen. I have been working with the staff over the last few months to get the perfect look for my new place. From the first visit to receiving my products the staff have been fantastic. They have spent the time to get to know my needs and wants and work with me to answer every concern I have had. They were happy to answer any questions and went out of their way to help me with anything I asked. I couldn't be happier and everything just looks beautiful! Thanks to Kat for your eye for design and all your help with the interior decorating. Amazing service too.
